Erasmus Mundus: European Politics and Society (EPS)

You might submit either two BAs or one BA and one High School diploma, including transcripts. Concerning High School transcripts, the final one is sufficient. If you already have an MA degree, an MA diploma and transcripts are also accepted.

If you have not yet finished your previous studies and thus do not have a BA diploma, please submit confirmation of studies, including information on the expected date of graduation. In case you are accepted into the programme, you will be asked to submit these documents additionally.

Proof of place of residence issued within 12 months before the submission deadline (e.g. ID, drivers licence, or any other document listed in the PRADO website, or a certificate from the your place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution). This document belongs into the “Other Documents” section of the application.

Short academic curriculum vitae detailing all relevant qualifications and experience (European format).

Note that there is no prescribed format for a letter of recommendation.

In case your referees prefer sending letters directly to us, it can be done to the email of the Admission Office (admissions@fsv.cuni.cz) with your name, the program you are applying for and ideally your application number.

All students who are non-native English speakers must provide evidence of the required level of English proficiency. The required level of English proficiency is C1, CAE, IELTS 7.0, TOEFL 95. Certificates from TOELF/IELTS online exams are also accepted.

In case you provide the admission committee with the certification by the university that the language of instruction of your previous degree was English (Erasmus exchange is not suitable), it is a sufficient alternative to English proficiency proof. Moreover, we accept confirmation of a passed English language course of the required language level skills, i.e., C1 level minimum, issued by a university.

Although the EPS Consortium tries to respect student preferences as much as possible, once a change is needed to keep balance among partner universities, motivation described in the questionnaire and points received in the admission procedure is considered.

The questionnaire is supposed to be submitted in the “Other Documents” section of the application.
